Christmas Baking

Well, Christmas came and went a bit too quickly for my liking! We had time to bake cakes, biscuits, fudge and delicious peppermint creams. I even managed to borrow my neighbour’s little girl for some festive cookie decorating! I hope you all had a wonderful time and that 2011 brings you love, peace and prosperity.

The peppermint creams were divine and the warmth and friendship kept me going all year. Here’s to 2011 my dear, heads down and go for it! xxx

The leaves make a fabulous "tea" to feed tomatoes (mix in a bucket of water with a handful of nettles), it doesn't smell as bad as comfrey feed and much cheaper / greener than the stuff you buy in garden centres!!
