Postcard from London

Last week”The Teen” and I took ourselves off to London for a couple of days. We ate lovely food, saw a fabulous production of Rosencrantz and Guilenstern are Dead, did a backstage tour at the National  –  oh  and spotted some crochet cushions – in  a beach hut on the South Bank.

Glad to be home, but oh, we did have a lovely time!

  1. I want one of those beach huts – I wonder if Malcolm would make one for me ……. he made me a garden shed at our last house! I haven’t been to London since the 80s (when we lived in Hampshire ….. I would love to go back and do the whole tourist bit!

The beach huts were fab. It was lovely to go to London as a tourist and not for work, rediscovered some old haunts and favourite places. Tx

Glad you and the teen had some quality time together!
We’ve had one of our trips away sampling sunny scenes and visiting family. x
