  1. These are sooooooooooooooo lovely (I know, I have seen them in the ‘flesh’) and thank you so much for sharing the pattern. As I have made lots of knitted ones, it will be a nice change to crochet a pair. Have a lovely w/e x

I’m glad you all seem to like them as much as I do. Destined for a gift, but I’m very tempted to keep them for me :).

Hi! Greetings from India. I just loved this pattern for mittens and immediately started making a pair for myself. My dear hubby liked them and asked me if he could use them while driving, so I had to skip the eyelet row and shell cuff, but I am really glad he liked them! Maybe I will make another pair for myself later.
    Thanks, Regards.

Woohoo! I’ve found you again. I made a pair for myself about a year ago and want to make another now. Definitely need to bookmark your blog! Thanks for such a lovely pattern.

I’m glad you like the pattern. I do not supply video or photo tutorials, once you learn to read a pattern or follow written instructions you find it very simple. There are plenty of Learn to Crochet books with step by step photos of the basic techniques (Including my own) and lots of Youtube videos for beginners. Best wishes

  • One of my most favourite designs. Ever, I'm working on lots of projects I can't share at the moment, so I'm sharing some of my old favourites. This week I'm featuring some of my collaborations with @edencottageyarns . This crochet purse is called Phyllis Turner & the pattern is on Ravelry.
#crochet #crocheting #crochetgirlgang #crochetconcupiscence #babyalpaca #whitfelldk #knittersofinstagram I ♥ crochet bags. This is one I designed for @edencottageyarns a couple of years back. Pattern is called Maisy Roper & you can find it on Ravelry. A typical day at Todhunter Towers. Over on my blog I've been writing about the English Hygge phenomenon - apparently "British Hygge" is a thing...who knew...
