Knits to Give

After my post about Christmas gift knitting, I got a lovely tweet from the  Cancer Recovery Charity asking if I’d like to knit a bear. Of course I said yes, don’t they look so cute? I know from personal experience what a scary time cancer diagnosis can be, so if these small bears brighten someone’s day it will be worth  a few hours knitting. Knitted in garter stitch in aran weight yarn, the pattern is easy to follow with great instructions .

You can get the pattern here and as soon as mine is finished I’ll post pictures.

Happy knitting

ps Thanks to Cancer Recovery for kind permission to use their photo.
