Birthday Celebrations

Me and Miss T. 7th May 1994

Today “The Teen” turns 18. A day to celebrate all that’s good with the world. It’s been quite an adventure, but looking at the beautiful, confident woman currently lounging on the sofa eating birthday chocolate I can’t help thinking Mr T and I have done our job well.

Happy Birthday Miss T xxxx

Happy Birthday Miss T! Brings a whole new meaning to ‘I Made it!’ I’m sure you and Mr T have done a fantabulous job of nurturing enabling and encouraging your beautiful daughter.
(Apart from the hair do) you look no different to the young person I met all those years ago…although I do detect a sort of post baby ‘It’s all a bit real now!’ look in your eye….
Lots of Love to you all enjoy your celebrations and those special family memeories and events to come!

  • Of all my Mother in Law's knitted decorations this fairy is my favourite!
#knittersofinstagram #knitting #knitmas #handmadechristmas #makingchristmas More from Mother in Law's knitivity - Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus - this always reminds me of school nativity plays, where the girl playing the angel always manages to be centre stage!!!
#knitivity #knittednativity #knitmas #knittersofinstagram Happy knitmas! My Mother in Law has unpacked her knitted decorations, here are the three kings, part of the nativity scene which grows every year and now fills the window ledge!
#knittersofinstagram #knitmas #knitting #handmadechristmas #knittednativity Throwback to last December's family outing to Chester Zoo lanterns, a beautiful night. Ah, we knew how to Christmas in the 1960's. Missing my lovely Mum today - and love that we're both wearing outfits she made (crimplene, whatever happened to you???) The fabulous @wildzucchinis getting festive at Cockermouth Food Festival today xx
